is that why my mates seat leon is in with plush automotive having 8 grands worth of upgrades is it? his car has cost a phenomenal amount

and i do have an idea of how much detail...wazers car on here u may know him, work with him, his car is probably the high end of build track cars, plus the fact i race not only karts but i used to take my own crx to race meetings, if you are going to make an accusation like that know your audience first.


and if u look at that beamer its not even running camber so all the tyre is on the ground...and being an m5 i rekon hes probably got fairly decent tyres. like i said before, these major camber and low stances are usually dialled in for a show or event and usually run normal camber and a decent height normally.


plus willis all that work u may have had done, this while on airbags and stretched tyres absolutly mullerd wazers b20 track weapon.

so maybe theyve improved the shockys and struts used on airbags so these things can handle pretty well, and maybe hes running good tyres,


also rekon this could be pretty nippy on a track,

Nothing wrong with this whole "stance" craze. Some of them look amazing. Each to their own blah blah...

Who knows,it might go out of fashion after its had its glory.

One fashion that will never die is the fashion of having a quick,well handling practical car.

Function is the Fashion.
 
some people like to have their cars for looks, others like to have them for power/handling and some like a bit of both. you do whatever makes you enjoy your car the most and thats the way i see it.
 
I see your argument dude and my little brain is proper hurting now haha. But those 'stanced' cars still work!! That is the difference. It's the stanced cars that are just utterly pointless i just dont get.

Still bet that Audi would be faster on a set of Ohlins haha jokes :D.

Either way like i have said all the way through this thread, it really doesnt bother me what others do with their cars.

im impartial to both. i can see that a car that low is pointless, i dont get why you would scrape it deliberatly. but then they are just showing off what they have.

i really enjoy having a nice heated debate/arguement lol and as m!ichael said it seems like a rant, stance and hellaflush seems to get everyone involved...which makes it even more fun.

also people not liking me makes me happy :p lol
 
So according to this link, that video was an actual competition in which these people try and get out of a driveway without scaping. It is essentially a 'How crap have you made you car?' competition? They even have judges for this ****! :lol:

Yes, for the last time, I know they can raise the cars up. It still baffes me though...
