YOU DO NOT GET THE PICTURE DO YOU..... If I had just gone and bought a very clean EG6 and I dented the front bumper on a post in a carpark... NOT ANOTHER CAR, I would be rather pissed off about that wouldnt I? And if I did that ina £400 Micra I wouldnt give a **** cause its old and dented and paints coming off etc... DO YOU GET THE PICTURE NOW?

actually my first car is the one in my avatar thanks you plank, i also have been around the ring, and the only dent i have got was from my mate, so im capable thank you very much
and jake dont let him bother you. he obviously doesnt understand.

basically in your first year your more likely to get dings and scrapes so what is the point in getting a really nice first car. so in your first year get a shitpiece and then get a nicer car when you can afford it and to add extra

was thinking of doing something similar myself like getting a shitty saxo or something instead of a civic but the insurance is really high on these little cars over here ( civic is 90 euros more ) so im getting a civic and gonna be really carefull !!
 
are you sure your not looking at a vtr or vts?
maybe look at a 1.1 independence, there a shitpiece of french crap and should be cheapish insurance
 
for a 1.1 litre saxo/106 its 1750 but for a civic its 1840 so it just doesnt add up getting a smaller car when they are ripping you off for it ( insurance in irelande is a joke !! )

A PUG 306 D Turbo are solid cars, and cheap to insure, run and maintain, :nice:

Have one myself as a daily runner, go on for ever, nearly had it 2 years, no problems at all!

As Mat said you will never get insured ona jordan a 17 but you could easy get a 1.4 EJ9 and with say £500-1000 you could get it looking like a jordan on the outside.

Please for the love of God dont stick a 6 inch exuast on a small little civic 4 inch is the most and even that looks abit wank to me.

Ya i agree, I have a 4.5 and its intirely to big. Hitting the ground constantly just dont have the fund for a new one :nono:
