I've only just started on my EJ9 project. I bought the car mid last year and was originally an EK9 replica with a few EK9 mods, but I have decided to turn it into my very own track car.

Ian and I were out today doing my first mods on the car and managed to fit my new steering wheel, remove the air con and also the resinator box for the intake.

Pics to come next weekend but def have my ideas running now. I'm going for a real 'Ghost rider' theme but with some eye catching tweeks. At the moment im thinking black with slight touches of spoon yellow. An almost Batman look lol

Spec list so far:

Momo race steering wheel and boss
98 spec Integra replica wheels
Tein coilovers
5 stud conversion
EK9 brakes
Mugen style front splitter
Genuine EK9 rear lip
Genuine EK9 spoiler
Genuine EK9 headlights
Genuine EK9 gear knob
Genuine EK9 wind deflectors
Rear camber arms
Type R rear badge
Removed air con

Future Plans:

Put car on serious diet:
remove rear seats, plastics, carpet, parcel shelf :blabla:
Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's 15" in black
New hoses
Drivers bucket seat
Manifold
Intake
D15 Intake Manifold
New exhaust system
Vti Anti-roll bar?
Front camber arms
Re-spray Interior Matt black

This is the list i have going so far and is ever growing so will keep everyone updated with my progress and ideas.

Please leave your ideas and feedback and any advice you might think useful!

Sounds like a good plan so far! Handling before power FTW. :) Look forward to more progress on this!

car looks like a minter :) looking forward to seeing the rest of the build :)

stunning car remember seeing this for sale a while back, im sure this will be lapping your man in no time ;)

nooo they look sopt on!!

I know they do. I do love them on it and love the look but they are too heavy and dont get great fuel consumption from them. Going for some 15's

Well its only a 1.4 so thought it best to get the handling done get her to learn to drive then she's toying with Turbo set up later.... :nerv:

Yep gunna get the handling spot on first, sort out the suspension, wheels and weight first and get me used to and better with that then gradually upping the power... eventually to a turbo :D wanna keep it a mean EJ!!

Shouldn't take much effort :nerv:

And too right glad more people are acknowledging this FACT! :D
