1998 civic type R ek9 facelift
110k km on the car but less than 2km on the engine from when it was fully rebuilt and mapped by robbie and the lads at TDP
this car was ALWAYS serviced by myself and never ever missed a service
oil(castrol GTx 10w40) and oil filter(HAMP) changed every 5,000km
plugs(NGK iridium) changed every 10,000
gearbox oil(land rover MTF94) and feul filter(OE honda) changed every 25,000km
washed with TBM and meguires gold class car shampoo
ok so this is what i remember at the minute spec wise

B18c block rebuilt by TDP.ie
bored & honed 82mm surfaced and prepped
wossner forged high compression 82mm pistons
b18c crankshaft super polished and dynamically balanced
B18c con rods machined to take floating gudgeon pin and end balanced.
B18c rebuilt oil pump
new b18c OE honda water pump
ACL bearings main,big ends and thrusts.
Mfactory magnetic sump plug
air con removed
HEAD!!!!!!!

toda spec B in & ex cams (12mm lift)
toda race valve springs
toda adjustable vernier cam pulleys
toda high strength timing belt
spoon sports polished rocker arms
Stripped head an reseated valves and hand lapped by TDP
All valves checked for run out and damage by TDP
Head surfaced and prepped for build by TDP
STD thickness head gasket.
Full engine seal/gasket rebuild by TDP

new driver side window reg, old one gave up a few weeks back
respray front lip from winters stone chips
get the SRS and ABS lights off from when i changed my wheel back to standard and from when i took the fuse out of the ABS system
uprate the engine mounts
full polybush
maybe some car tax too in the distant future lol
price stays the same regardless of any of the above work being done
its NCT'd untill october this year i think
this car can be broke for 8k no bother
but it would be a waste of a good going car
probably missed out on loads of little niggles
9000 euro cash price
or will take swaps or part ex's
i will consider anything so hit me with what you got
