My B20 EK4


Didn't think you could make that much power on the stock pistons so you must be well pleased.

Mine will be the B20Z1 block with High Compression Pistons and B16B Head so hoping for similar power to yours.

Yeah im over the moon with it, it pulls unbelievably strong......feels very raw. i love it.
The current setup is maxed out, hence going high comp.

When the new engine is in i should be looking at around 230+ bhp.

What's the rest of the spec buddy?

Got to run the engine in for approx 1000 miles before a full and final tune so may purchase some cams before that time.

Nice set up! Should make some strong numbers.......i'll be running RS machine pistons also, Looking forward to seeing the numbers after the final tune :)

What the rev limit set at bud?

The current limit is set to 8200rpm. Before the remap with the 3" exhaust it was at 8400 and still making power after that!
But with the extra torque from the exhaust it moved the peak power to a lower rev range. So no need to take the engine that high anymore....which takes the strain off a little.

What colour is it? Ive tried VSM and i think thunder grey was the other, but yours is exactly the colour im after, before i try cosmic grey :)

painted a random wing and bonnet i have spare to try and judge the colours, but too light and not dark enough!

Cheers dude! yeah its thunder grey, there are two type of thunder grey but i think they both have the same paint code. one is slightly more blue than the other.
