My B20B ek9 build up story

If you look in his center consol thats exactly one of those, little box full of crystals lol. Same one i have its a little dehumidifier, can get em on ebay for peanuts. They work ok but you need at least 2 or three around the car. :nice:

I did put just one in but only about 2 weeks ago

Alright you not goin to get a nine or a jap car for your self mate

I have imported about 150 Honda's now and about 100 of those have been ek9's. I get to drive them all the time and this B20 is sort of mine.
I used to have a G40 about 12 years ago and just fancied something different for a change.

More details on this!!!

My mate has had a couple G40's, great fun little cars

Well i had been sort of looking foe one for about 18 months but they are all modded, rusty, white or red and high miles. As i wasn't desperate for one i just held out for the right one.
This one popped up on eBay, the seller didnt know anything about them so did a rubbish add. I took a chance and got it. It is one owner from new, gun metallic, full VW history, totally stock, 81k miles and was in storage for 5 years
:woot::drive::bow::wow:
I will get some pics of it up shortly.

My mates old one was gun metallic, was a minter too, best colour for them!

Look forward to the pics/footage of the 9er on track this weekend :nice:

Hi mate, can you please tell me where the cylinder head feed pipe starts? From the OEM pressure sender hole? I can not see the Golden eagle conversion kit...

Hi
Sorry i missed this post.
The feed pipe just runns from the oil pressure sender hole to a pre drilled hole in the side of the head. It looks really simple to do if you could just buy the small pipe kit.
So sorry i do not know what make the conversion kit is.
Cheers Dunx

i wish i worked with 9's the whole time like u man!

I know i am quite lucky :) cheers

I fitted some new bits in preparation for Snetterton. What do you think?

I also fitted a quick relece steering wheel hub that also brings the wheel right up close to you, as it should do in a race car.

Finally put a new wheel on, i know its a bit "Max Power" but it is smaller than my old one, was free and feels nice to hold.

Just powder coated the cover. The red hoses were not my choice.

Change the oil cap plus hoses other than that it looks a clean car. Perfured the old furry stering wheel :))
