My k20 swap ek4

Ok so i have been on about doing a k swap for some time now, so i though why not start a build tread :naughty: here is a picture of my ek4 of which the k20 is going in :)

the picture are a bit old so the car has changed a little since :naughty:

ek9 front bumper
ek9 rear bumper
ek9 boot
ray volks wheel nuts
red ek9 carpet

k20 swap parts

i dont have any picture of the parts i have bought for the kswap but here is a spec:

*EP3 k20 engine and gearbox
*Hybrid racing conversion ekk2 mounts
*Hybrid racing conversion harness
*Hybrid racing radiator
*Hybrid racing hose
*Hybrid racing hose insert
*Hybrid racing 12" slim fan
*Hybrid racing 70mm throttle bodys
*Hybrid racing exhaust manifold
*Hybrid racing bolt in short shifter
*Hybrid racing fuel rail and lines
*Hybrid racing shift cables
*Hybrid racing 2.9 axles
*Replacement termo unit
*Replacement coolant switch
*JDM dry carbon firbe intake
*Karcept A/C & P/S delete kit with alternator relocation
*OEM honda rbc intake manifold bord out to 70mm
*Karcept k series throttle cable bracket
*DC5 throttle cable
*RHD clutch line

i will get pictures as soon as all the parts have arrived as only have a few bit but all are pay for just waiting to be delivered

only have the following parts left to buy

*Fuel pressure regulator
*Mfactory 1.5 way diff
*Competition stage 1 clutch
* honda data kpro ecu
*and very think needed for a full service

all comments and advise are always welcome :nice:
 
Look forward to seeing the rest of the build mate :) i remember u saying on my build page about u doing the k swap again :) Who is doing yours?By the looks of the parts list it looks like honda-r? What it cost u out of interest so far?

to be honest me and my mate who works in a honda garage will be doing all the work, well apart from the tuning and what not, then it will be going to tdi north for the tune :) so i have been able to spend the money on other bit's and bob's :naughty: umm :lol: i have spent just over £5200 on the list above.
 
I will defo be keeping my eye on this build.

Looks like it's gona be a sweet one :drool:

Aw nice one :) yeh tdi north are the bizz heard a lot of good stuff about them :)

i do have the manifold up home i will get pic of it if you like :nice: it is a limited edition ones as i think they have stopped making them now.

yeah i haven't spoke to them yet but a friend of mine has had work done by them and said they are ace :nice: i am hoping to book it in for around february

but buying all those parts from hybrid racing cant have been cheap aha!

how come you did this over boost? iirc you were doing a forged b18 turbo before?

is it just me or is the font on your number plates abnormally HUGE! cars going to be mental none the less.

ha ha ha very time i post pic of the car the number plates always come's up :lol:i will get some jap plate before it come's back on the road
