well it seems complete and better than hondata and i want to learn if anyone here have used this kit ?

Most of that seems very unnescessary

The main inlet to head gasket is the only one thats needed

Bypassing the coolant lines from the underside of the throttle body is a far more effective method of reducing intake temperatures than a different throttle body gasket

The inlet manifold gasket which joins to the head i cannot comment on as i just fitted an oem item :nice:

For the Hondata one, people often say it is meant to gain 5%+ on power but after installation it gained nothing when compared to the run before with the OEM version from personal experience.

I have this kit - great quality and all the parts needed to keep the inlet air cool. Hondata is less than half of these bits.

Keeps the coolant away from the throttle body, separates all the parts including the IACV...the bolts are high quality parts too.

you bought it directly from their website?

yes he did.

I recommended this one to him and to all others who are considering an IM gasket kit.

The hondata one works well - but this is just better, particularly for those who live in a hot environment and/or those who are turbo'd/supercharged.

62mm iirc. Even if it's too small, you can always enlarge it with a steady hand.

finally i bought one great product and great seller can't wait to install it !!!

Definely a worth while modification. Do the coolant by pass at the same time, the mods go hand in hand IMO. I can always touch my intake manifold even after a hard time racing or sitting in traffic for hours. In stock form there is no way... Its not something you will notice a power increase but every bit counts.

I found i had to fit mine and then remove it to make ulterations to it because as the manifold was tightened on it squeezed the gasket into the runners slightly which obviously messes with the air flow quite badly. I've now trimmed and port matched it haha.

are you using the outlaw kit ?
i think it's impossible to squeeze these gaskets...

x2

these gaskets are made of some sort of plastic

you will either crack your manifold or snap a stud before it would deform the gasket enough to impede airflow

I'm using a Hondata. Yes its also plastic I just think with the heat and the clamping pressure its easy to see why it happened. This isn't no soft squeezy rubber either.

Just something to be aware of from someone whos had experience with similar kits. Something slightly protruding into the ports might not bother some people but for me thats hindering flow and power.

hondata is made from softer material than outlaw that's why it gets compressed you did the right cutting it.
outlaw is hard like metal
hondata is a lilttle softer like 75a engine mounts...

if you are deciding to go for one of these type gaskets then the outlaw kit is by far superior to the hondata gasket,, go for the outlaw!!

steves method of rerouting the coolant lines is a very effective mod also..

Will this kit fit a b16b?? I have tried contacting outlaw through their website but not heard back! :(
