its prpbably just a vinyl laid over the bonnet, where i live there are plently of golfs/boras etc floating about with this type of rubbish on them :angry:
 
lads i think you's are going a bit over the top. it does look to bad,deffo not **** but it looks better on old school vw's

Just take your stock bonnet off. Throw a load of nitromors on it, then leave it soaking outside in some salt for a week or two.
 
you can also do this if you have an unpainted,un primed new bonnet and keep washing it,it was starting to happen to my mirage!!

Look, I don't like it, and it seems most guys here don't. But I don't see why you're slingin insults round just cause it don't line up with your own personal taste. If the guy who did it likes it, so be it.

But really, for the people out there insulting the owner of this car, grow up a little
