Well been on here about 6 months now and never had any pics of my car up. For the last 5 months its been a totally standard facelift ej9. The last month its been in my dads bodyshop slowly getting prepared for a respray and bits and pieces done after some little f**k keyed right up the side :mad: Spent the last 3 or 4 months getting parts... alloys lip coilovers etc. So now i have all the stuff im in the middle of putting them all on, not totally finished yet but should be within the next week so ill put up a few pics of what i have done so far :D

EK9 Front Lip
Tilted standard spoiler
Short Shifter
GAB Coilovers
EK9 Grill (replica :(()
New headlights (black USDM ones, never seen them before ? really nice tho !)
EK9 Gear Knob
Square Plates
Blue LCA's
ARC magic wing Replica.

Not got all these on yet the pictures to come are just us test fitting various parts.

Very nice indeed, them headlights look reallyyyy black though! Are they legal? Might just be the picture though :)

PM me on how to tint the spoiler Yogevv. Grill's just an ebay jobby for just now will get a gen one in a few weeks. And about the lights i personally think they will be illegal but until i get pulled for them they are here to stay. And yeah Gav its just a wee bit.. wanna swap for the black ek9 ?? :naughty:

Anyway had a problem last nite putting the coilovers on. Got a set of GAB height adjustable coilovers tried putting them on and setting them quite low but the spring didnt seem safe, didnt think there was enough compression ? So we heightened it and its fine but still not as low as i want it ? =/
Might sell them for a set of Meisters but does anyone have any ideas on whats the problem ? Maybe because im using standard top mounts

hid kit on the supersonic blue really makes paintwork stand out ;)
 
thanks guys, its not a hid kit its just the bulbs that i got with the lights never noticed they were even in them until last night !

It might be your spring rates. Is there dampning adjusters with these coilovers?
 
Just heaight adjustable's man think that might be the problem ! And so you should :p

Well it could be a mix of a problem which it most likely is. Fitting coilys is simple but its adjusting them is the part you wanna be in the know about between the spring rates dampning and ride height.
 
Just the one there mate but its not a good one. Ill have one in about a weeks time when the car's finished and cleaned
