I do Boxercise which is Sparing, bags and circuits training all in one.

Unfortunately i'm not hard core enough for boxing proper! lol

Haha. Ya its a tough sport im an international boxer! (All-Ireland titles and have won my provience 4times). You like it??:)

seeing Lufthansa a330 rolling out of the hangar for it's engine runs. made my day a whole lot relaxing.

Jesus mate much respect to you! :bow: I love it really good work out and so much fun its unbelievable. I've actually been considering joining up for Boxing! :p Not just Boxercise.
 
What made me smile was drving out of the maize field with the last load tonight and for the whole season..Working in a pure swamp the last two days.. Bogging became part of a routine for us...:angry:

Also just lowered my car on coilovers..Finished tonight :)

Haha. Yeah ya cant judt walk in and do it. Go for it man you'll love it if you even have the slightest interest in it! Really good feeling to have your hand lifted in a proper fight for the first time. You southpaw or orthadox?:nice:

Orthadox two. Well mate what ever your decision is i hope ya enjoy it!! Just say your schedule your quit busy most the time takes a lot od dedication and time (Dieting, Hard long seccsions etc).

me. I see a cool air intake. It's got a NOS fogger system and a T4 turbo, Dominic.I see an AIC controller. It has direct port nitrous injection,(then pause to see if they realise). Yeah. And a stand-alone fuel engine management system. Not a bad way to spend $10,000.
