Tbh i do plan to use a oem lip or make a custom on of my own although tbh i wasn't aware it wasn't oem as there a honda sticker inside it, but its cracked anyways .

Going to have to look into this now, as its bugging me already!

Haha, sorry man, dont mean to be a dick!

The way i usually tell real from rep is the bottom edge near the wheel, oem is curved like this

Whereas replica is straight like this

Again, this build is awesome mate :nice:

Thanks man! im always open to pointers an advice! I see what you mean though about them being different. I can see me just making my own though tbh but it wouldn't be a replica oem splitter :)

Done the same before lad, it makes a good difference but to do it right your gonna have to mould all the intake exhaust tracks and cut them In Half etc to measure, so e pain the was and I also used a spare head and cut it to see the section view, make sure you VE model
Is correct for wave otherwise you would get the data you want you will get some data but it won't be accurate if you need any help let me know and I'll help where I can get it up lad glad to see someone else goin the whole hog :)

Wow very cool build, and also................is there anything in your workshop that you dont posses? :)

Are you planing to model you turbo set-up in Wave?

I have an excel sheet I developed when I was at uni that transfers the standard compression map data of any turbocharger into data ricardo can actually read!

******* pain in the ass as you have to transfer the plots along the efficiency islands and extract the polynomial curve at the end, Let me know if youd like it as its a bit of work to get it all transferred over.

:nice:
