Well its about time i did a new build. So iv brought a CW ek9 shell fresh from japan and never been driven on uk roads, thanks to a grams N1/K circuit
Basically got the shell completely bare, with no body panels/trim nothing!
I wanted to ensure my build was done properly so i completely stripped from all its crappy old paint/ under-seal.
The plans for the engine are simple. B20 Vtec Turbo hoping for around 320ish hp
Im building the whole thing myself bar the mapping.
Iv had the shell a while now though so iv already done some stuff.
I quickly got to work and built a jig so i could properly work on the shell.
Made the jig on wheels so i could move it round my workshop. Got the shell outside soo i could jet wash the whole thing off, so i was abit cleaner to work with. As theres a strict no dirt/dust/filth rule in there
Just like a hog roast
Stripped all the crap and the little bit of sound deadening out of the shell too.
