car looks great! how does it drive now?

It drives great. Its not my daily driver though but i couldnt see a problem driving it every day.Its just like going from b16 to b18 again,no comparison really.Alot quicker than a b18c.

did you do the convesion all youself ? is it hard and is there alot of welding ? etc and also roughly how much ? pm me if you dont want to say on this thread lol

Bet she pulls well now John:drive: fairplay on going ahead with it

this the first ek9 to get a k20 in ireland??

Id say she tips along alright

Ya tis quick enough now with the k20.Its grand having a bit of pull down low in the revs too.

Id say theres a few knocking around already lad but k20 type r's are rare enough.

Its like an animal of a b18c really but alot better.I dont think il ever pump that much money into a car again but it was worth it this time.

looks great and must be a rocket

p.s i see you have same front strut bar as me,just noticed as you dont see many about :secret:

Well lads i dunno what to do.Ive been thinking about selling the car but all ive been offered is 7k which isnt even the price of the conversion alone. Its either sell it for pennies or turn it into a full-blown track car. What would ye do if in ye were in my shoes???Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Tough decision mate, especially after this conversion would have cost circa 8k it's sad to say you never get the money back, my mate haribo did a high comp built spent ££££ and never made his money back. It's just the huge commitment you make when doing a build like this.

IMO price up roughly how much you'd make breaking it and if it would be worth it or just keep it. Really nice car and hope you make the right decision :)
