My Rare Ek4 SiR Before - After Sale


If you don't mind me asking what makes it rare???

Still a pity seeing it happen to a car.

I was thinking this myself. Is it just a normal sir civic or is there something special that makes it rare??
Hate seeing these things happen to nice cars
 
JDM SiR's are probably as rare if not rarer than ek9's

no abs
no srs
170bhp over the 160 in the ek4
option LSD gearbox

probably a few other details

my dash is completely different to ek4's aswell

took note that both posters who had a question about the rareness are from ireland,

rake of them over this side of the water, although you woud have to sive through some **** on dd to find a clean one
 
Glad the guy was okay. Such a shame for the motor though, this was clean - and well looked after!

mine has abs and srs
factory corner sensors
nav system, media player, Tv tuner etc

I dont think there rare in Ireland tho as Ive seen probably more SiRs around Dublin than type Rs
 
gutted to see it like that mate what a shame

its not nice to see when u have spent a fair amount preserving your car and hope the new owner looks after it and then u see this :( glad the driver is ok though
 
i have none of what you have lol

i cant prove it tbh, im just going by the amount of ek9 threads there area across forums and how many are fow sale compared to SiR's

Have to say I agree with you. Not rare one bit in Ireland. Maybe in England they are.
 
Sorry to see that. I don't know what's worse, seeing it crashed or learning that the new owner of my old car managed to get it to catch fire 4 times :mad:

was a lovely car, hate seeing things like that. thought SiR's didnt have a sunroof ? well mine didnt or was it optional from factory?
