Nice to meet a few of you guys. I'm James who was there in the supersonic blue EK4 btw.
I got a couple of vids of two of the afternoon sessions so when I manage to get them uploaded I'll post them up. Conveniently my battery had gone by the last session when the lad in the EK9 with the orange lip (sorry didn't get you name when we chattted) quite frankly blew me off the road and I almost slid myself off the road trying to stay ahead of Duncan. Cracking driving from both of you
I think we could have been pretty well matched Duncan, just a shame I couldn't see if I'd stay with you after you went past but as I was cutting out of vtec on the long corners I thought it best to coast back to the pits and check my oil.

How were the RSR mate?

They were good, had lots of grip and really impressed me. There were moments where a normal road tyre would just loose it but it just kept on gripping .
The first few outings I had problems with the front tyre pressures but eventually I found a good pressure to start with. I can't compare it to other semi slicks since I haven't tried any but for the price I think they are very good.

Only thing that annoyed my was my brakes, at the end of the day I had very little surface on my brake pads left and it felt spongy. Need new brake fluid, pads and some braided brake lines I think

Yes that was a really fun FAST last session. I managed to record it as well . I actually had the back end step out on the really fast corner at the end of the pit straight while having our little battle. Don't know how fast but was on around 7500 rpm in 4th gear .
The guy you were chatting to with the ek9 with the orange front lip was Mat's cousin Jack. He is a fast driver as he has his race licence and competes in the PBMW series, has age on his side and wasn't his car .
