Got some parts through the door at last so I can get the ball rolling! :) havent driven my car in like 4 weeks, getting withdrawals! lol cant wait to get out in it when its all done.

Got a skunk2 alpha series 4-2-1 header, Walbro 255 fuel pump, NGK lambda sensor, Koyo Rad Cap and skunk2 cam seals from Funky Power for an excellent price!! Thanks Faz and Hannan! :)

Also got some hardrace bushes from Dannyboy to fit to my lower wishbone arms once they are powdercoated! :) thanks dude

Got a Koyo Rad, Spal slimline fan and pacet quick mount kit from Sumo Power for a bargain price. Should keep the car nice and cool in Scotlands scorching summers! lol

Eternalblue2000 (Ricky) has been an epic help and sorted me out with a load of service parts at a great price so once they arrive me and my mate can get to work! Got an OEM timing belt and tensioner kit, blueprint waterpump, OEM rocker cover gasket kit, new OEM number plate recess, OEM exhaust mani gasket, OEM donut ring gasket, OEM rear caliper re-seal kit, OEM map sensor, OEM CD player blanking plate, stainless steel manifold bolts, OEM oil filter and Miller XFS 5W40 fully synthetic oil. Car should be running sweet again! :)

Tegiwa also sorted me out with a new OEM spigot bearing and a new OEM oil dip stick! :) thanks

Decided to swap out my mfactory 4.9FD for an OEM 4.4FD. swapping with Oifovo off the forum. thanks man. Going for an Mfactory short ratio gear set, mfactory extended ball joints, new mfactory carbon lined synchros and sliders, new OEM reverse synchro, a new OEM 1st/2nd gear hub ring sleeve kit, new OEM release bearing and an Outlaw engineering gasket kit. Getting this kit as I am removing the intake mani and throttle body to give it a good polish up and to get deeper in to give the engine bay a good clean and wax :)

just need to decide which SPA guages I want and what i need to fit them, new plates, a few other gaskets, seals and bolts and clean up the calipers and bits and bobs.

Rocker Cover is getting re-done in crinkle red again. also still undecided if I should fit a breather set up to the valve cover. want to keep the stock PCV system and have a breather tank venting from the valve cover. will do more research and decide.

a few pics: (excuse my poor phone pics) I have paid Paul smith for a proper photoshoot so it will be done once the car is all sorted! cant wait! thanks for a good deal Paul! :)

all frozen, poorly, deed battery and dying to get moving:

haha a kno man, this has been in the pipe line for a while so was waiting for the right time. When my manifold ****** up I said right thats it everything is getting done NOW!! :) lol

timing belt and tensioner was £60 from eternalblue2000 through Simauto Parts! excellent price!!:nice:

Love this car, header is a work of art :) very nice

nice car mate nice header.

cheers man :)

Cheers dude, love your car too! ;)

Yea the header is well nice, fitted it tonight with some nice new bolts. Looking good BUT the header is about a couple of inches longer than my old one so my exhaust doesnt fit! :( gona have to drive it through to shotts sounding like a tractor to get Billy to sort it! :( he is fitting a new silencer to make it quieter anyway so it will be all good!

The new header also sits about an inch lower than my old one so will need to be careful on speed bumps. The header is also being fouled by a bolt on the gearbox but I will remove the bolt when the gearbox is off for getting rebuilt.

NGK Lambda sensor is all fitted up and car seems way beta! :) cant wait to get everythin on.

Recieved my Koyo Rad today, it looks amazing!

some pics, look at how ****** my old Spoon Header is!!!!!:(

Wow!!! That header has really seen better days! o_O , how old is it?

I know thats exactly what i thought! lol I would have a guess that its atleast 10 years old! I have had it on my car for 4 years, my mate Zubzub had it for about 6 months before that, I think Gavek9 had it for a year or so and his mate who was on this forum also had it so its done the rounds. I only paid £200 for it so it served me well! the gay salted/bumpy/speed bumpy/pot-holed scottish roads have ****** it!! :(

Nice new header.

Damn never ever seen a header in that bad condition.

And Its a spoon TOO

Cheers mate. Hopefully it makes as good gains as th old header!

Th more i think about it th more scepticsl i am about whether its a genuine spoon header. It was very badly rotten, metal seemed pretty thin and jus cnt see how a quality spoon item could perish this much?!

Looking good man! That skunk 2 header looks pretty sweet as well. Are you going to get the engine retuned ? Have you thought about cams ? I think a mildish profile may liven it up a bit.

That spoon header is hilarious... Lol. Finish it off....

Bloody hell mate that mani really is ****** lol. U want a refund? Haha

You'll need to come take me a blast once its all sorted and stuff mate.

Cheers brother!! :) Yea the header is lovely, sits a weeeee bit low but nothing a cant handle!

Yea once all the work is done its going back to Henry for a retune :win:

Never thought about cams......please dont tempt me! lol the missus is already giving me grief for spending lol

Whats cams were you thinking? I was always against touching anything internal as I dont want to lose any reliability. Plus if I get cams i would be aswell getting new retainers, springs, cam gears, etc and then the price mounts up and up and up! what you think?

DAM, that header was in bad shape. New one looks sweet though.

Yea its totally shagged, served me well tho! Cheers man, hopefully the new one makes good numbers. atleast i can compare against my stock mani/cat and the spoon/fake header against the skunk2 with my graphs

Bloody hell mate that mani really is ****** lol. U want a refund? Haha

haha yea I want paid back in fillet steak!! lol:naughty:

Dont worry dude I will defo take you a spin and let you have as many blasts as you like! :woot: Plus I wont deafen you this time as the exahust will defo be getting made quieter as I cant take it any more! lol

Just recieved my koyo rad and cap, a load of service parts, seals and gaskets and my new rear OEM reg plate recess! :p will get pics up tomorrow

Just leave it then mate. In all honesty it's a bit of a **** about for the power you'd probably gain. It just depend on how far you want to go I guess....

I bet that mani was light weight with all that rust. Looks like a thin wall!

that new manifold is well cool! yeah you better watch out for speed bumps man, ****** mine a few weeks back. split the manifold into two pieces so it was only the branch hanging onto the engine haha!
